Who is on the GRM team?

Nitin Kapila, President, leads all GRM Group activities to create value through a combination of advisory services and buyouts.

Prior to founding GRM Group, Nitin was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for Inovis, an e-Business Integrator with over 20,000 business customers, $100 Million in revenue/year and double-digit earnings.

At Inovis, Nitin was the architect for overall corporate strategy, which included the “decoupling” of managed services and subsequent Business process outsourcing (BPO) to India. From 1993-1996, he served in product management and marketing positions for Operator and Internet services at MCI.

Nitin holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from the American University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.



Gerry Diamond, Partner, is a leader in the information-technology industry.

With 25 years of software experience, Gerry Diamond has previously found two successful electronic commerce software companies that were acquired by IBM and Premenos respectively.

Gerry has previously served as senior vice president of product marketing and management, as well as business development at Inovis where he was involved in the sale of Inovis to Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm with approximately $700 million of capital under management.

At Inovis (formerly Harbinger), he was head of product development at Harbinger responsible for over 200 personnel, and held senior vice president positions before that with Premenos Corporation and Sterling Commerce. He began his career with IBM in various sales and marketing roles.

In addition to this leadership team, GRM Group is supported by a network of partners in India and North America that specialize in executing on strategy through captive, acquired and/or outsourcing arrangements.
